He is completely driven and passionate about technology. Mr.Muthurajan joined the VV Group in 2007, after completing his Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Hindustan College, Chennai. Mr.Jegatheesan.Muthurajan, Partner – VV Group, is from an distinguished business family with business interests spanning across industries with over 10,000 employees .He works hard every single day to make his vision and his dreams of making VV Mineral one of the best mining companies in the world. He is responsible for driving the functional strategy of the Mining industry and provides the concept and basic structure for the software and is involved in the development strategies.. Mr.Muthurajan, one of the board of directors in various companies of VV Group is instrumental in the expansion of capacity and client base, besides spearheading the Group’s Systems and Technology, Architecture and expansion. He also manages VV Group's acquisition of domestic and overseas businesses. His vision is to take the VV Group of Companies to greater heights, maintain superior technology edge, and achieve robust growth and profitability.

Mr.Chenthil Rajan Jegadeesan, Managing Partner - VV Group, hails from an illustrious business family with business interests spanning across various industries. Mr.Chenthil Rajan an Engineer with Master of Business Administration joined the VV Group in the year 2010. Within a short span of about 8 years, Mr.Chenthil Rajan demonstrated his leadership and management expertise in converting the VV Group into a multi- faceted industrial conglomerate .Being a widely travelled and socio visionary person, Mr.Chenthil Rajan constantly maintains a close watch on the various fields of the world market in order to use the developments at an appropriate time. Mr.Chenthil Rajan also plays an important role in imparting newer skills to the employees in order to maintain the lead over the competitors. Thus his contribution to the growth of the organization made VV Group to maintain the lead among the others in the respective fields and always maintains Number One status. Armed with the good Technical background, Mr.Chenthil Rajan keeps himself abreast of the latest developments in the related industries, in order to take the VV Group to a much higher level.

Subburajan Jegadeesan, Managing Partner- VV Group is an eye to spot talent and a will to make every business he engages in succees, Mr. Subburajan spends his time managing operations of his portfolio companies .He is also a Socio entrepreneur, having interest in the field of Education, Research and Development activities, joined the VV Group in 2015 after completing his Post graduation in the field of Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, USA. Within a short period of about 3 years, Mr. Subburajan has demonstrated his chemical engineering knowledge and academic capabilities by taking VV group’s pigment and paint production into new heights in achieving consistent quality and increased production. His academic capability helped to train the employees of Paint and Pigment factory in latest developments in new age processing industries to achieve maximum production while maintaining consistent quality. He is instrumental in Research and Development in the processing industry within the group. His Socio skills and knowledge helped the rural students to get good quality education, he also introduced many scholarship schemes and social activities for the poor and needy peoples and students through the corporate social responsibility program of the group.
